Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to join a leading Building Services Contractor with an annual turnover exceeding £100m.
You’ll take full responsibility for delivering a £20m M&E package on a prestigious, high-end residential development in London. This is a 2.5-year project, backed by a strong and healthy order book ensuring long-term stability and career growth.
Responsible For
- Lead and manage all MEP delivery on a landmark residential scheme
- Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ensure technical excellence, quality, and commercial performance
- Report directly to senior leadership with autonomy and support
