Principal Mechanical Project Engineer
Overview
We’re seeking a Principal Mechanical Project Engineer to join a leading MEP contractor (£100m+ Turnover), delivering large-scale commercial new-builds across London.
Responsible For
- Lead mechanical packages, driving programme, cost, quality and H&S performance.
- Oversee and resolve MEP design issues, providing strong technical direction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and wider project teams.
- Manage interfaces across multiple packages and maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships.
- Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Champion digital delivery, MMC and prefabrication, supporting innovation and team development.
