Responsible For
- Lead mechanical services design and coordination from concept through construction.
- Deliver detailed design, reports, front-end studies, estimates and schedules.
- Review designs, manage RFIs and prepare technical/contract documentation.
- Coordinate mechanical services with other trades and support construction planning.
- Produce method statements, risk assessments and look-ahead programmes.
- Control material deliveries, track progress and issue updates.
- Maintain quality through inspections, snagging and strong document control.
