QA Supervisor

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to join a high-end residential project in London. This role is critical to ensuring that all works are delivered to the highest quality standards, in line with project specifications, client expectations, and industry regulations.

The successful candidate will work closely with site management, engineers, subcontractors, and the client team to monitor quality, manage inspections, and ensure compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.

Responsible For

• Implement and manage the project Quality Assurance plan

• Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits

• Ensure works are delivered in line with specifications, drawings, and benchmarks

• Manage ITPs, inspection records, and quality documentation

• Coordinate snagging, defect identification, and close-out processes

• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants on quality issues

• Review method statements and quality-related technical submissions

• Support commissioning and handover quality requirements

• Maintain clear records for client and project reporting

• Promote a culture of quality across the project team

Proven experience as a QA Supervisor or Quality Manager on high-end residential projects

Strong understanding of quality processes within construction or MEP environments

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and drive standards on site
