Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Overview

Our client is a rapidly growing, well-established M&E contractor with a current turnover of circa £60m and a clear strategic plan to grow to £120m over the next five years. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager who can play a key role in the business and be developed into senior management over the coming years.

The company delivers a strong portfolio of commercial new build, commercial fit-out, and life sciences projects, with individual project values ranging from £2m to £15m, primarily across Greater London.

The Ideal Candidate
– Proven experience delivering M&E projects within the £2m–£15m range
– Strong background in commercial, fit-out, or life sciences sectors
– Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and client-facing skills
– Ambitious, career-driven, and keen to progress into a senior leadership role

Responsible For

• - Full project lifecycle delivery of M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover
• - Managing project teams, subcontractors, and key client relationships
• - Commercial responsibility including programme, cost control, variations, and risk management
• - Working closely with Directors to support business growth and operational improvement
• - Opportunity to mentor and develop junior project management staff
