Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
Overview
We’re looking for experienced and driven Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join high-performing project team delivering large-scale, high-profile data centre projects in London.

Responsible For
- Manage multiple projects to maximise commercial returns
- Lead commercial planning, tender reviews, and cost control procedures
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Provide accurate cost reporting and contractual advice

Specific Skills
- Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (SCSI / RICS recognised)
- 6+ years’ experience, ideally on large data centre or M&E projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding (FIDIC, JCT, RIAI etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
